How can I get my organization's information posted on Prepare.org?

If you have reviewed the documents available on this site and feel that your organization's materials would complement the existing information, please contact us at prepare@usa.redcross.org. Any new information will be posted at the discretion of the American Red Cross Bay Area.

Yes, this maintains the integrity of the materials and also assures proper credit is given. Please note: Most materials authored by United States government agencies are considered to be in the public domain and may be reposted as long as they are not sold for profit.

Is it all right to reproduce this information in another format, such as a brochure?

If you would like to reproduce any of this information in another format, please contact us at prepare@usa.redcross.org.

For materials authored by the American Red Cross, approval is granted at the discretion of The American National Red Cross.

For materials co-authored by the American Red Cross and another agency, The American National Red Cross will ensure that the collaborating agency is contacted as part of the approval process.

For materials co-authored by the American Red Cross Bay Area and a community agency, the American Red Cross Bay Area will ensure that the collaborating agency is contacted as part of the approval process.

For materials authored solely by community agencies, please contact those agencies directly.

Most materials authored by United States government agencies are considered to be in the public domain and may be reproduced as long as they are not sold for profit.
